Blog for Heart & Soul

A place for women to identify with themselves and an open invitation for women to share their stories in HerMine's blog

Welcome to our blog – a place to breathe

This blog is intended as a room where you can stop for a moment. A soft corner in everyday life where words can remind you that you are more than all demands, musts and roles. Here both light and darkness find room – because life accommodates both, and so do we.

Experience as a foundation

The words here are not written from a pedestal. Christine, who is behind the blog, knows what it is like to lose her footing. She has - like so many others - gone through valleys of trauma, grief, loss such as fatigue and exhaustion. She has searched for meaning and tried different paths. Christine brings with her both knowledge from education and courses and her own experience of finding her way home again. There are no absolute answers here - just a willingness to share what can be helpful.

The understanding between us women

This blog wants to reflect just that - and talk about what moves us and our lives. About self-love, balance, intuition, presence, spirituality, sisterhood. About what makes us human and at the same time reminds us that we carry an inner power. When you read, you may recognize yourself - and that is exactly the intention.

The meaning behind jewelry

When it comes to our jewelry, it's never just a question of shape and color. Our jewelry breathes intention, energy, understanding. Every pearl, every stone carries its own symbolism. Crystals with their traditional meanings, pearls and shells with the ancient energy of the sea. Our jewelry wants to become your little companions - reminders of strength, love, balance, presence, intuition, stillness, etc. And in the blog we also share the jewelry's stories, intentions and thoughts behind it.

An invitation

So please take part in the texts that speak to you. Let them be inspiration, rest or perhaps a mirror. Our hope is that you will find something here that feels valuable – just like you yourself are ♥

Through our stories, we hope to give you tips and knowledge about crystals, jewelry and small rituals in everyday life that you may not know yet.

Here we also want to give you inspiration to find jewelry that speaks to your heart and gives you the meaning you are looking for ♥

✨ Would you like to join us and share your story in our blog?

It has room for more voices. We dream of sisterhood from the heart, and perhaps you have experiences, insights, or a journey that can bring recognition, strength, or hope to other women? Your words are welcome here – from your heart.

Interested? Send your text to:

If your text is selected for publication in the blog, you will receive a personal discount code of 200 SEK at HerMine's - as a thank you for joining us and strengthening the feeling of sisterhood in our world. The discount code is valid for 60 days after you receive it.

We look forward to reading your words and, if you want, sharing them here on the blog (with or without your name) so that more people can identify with them.

Many hugs to you from
Christine & Shania

A few simple guidelines before submitting your texts:

Length: preferably 500–800 words, but a little shorter or longer is also fine.
Tone: personal - you don't have to write “perfectly”* - the most important thing is that your voice is heard.
Topic: anything related to women's lives, travels, experiences and adventures. It can be about self-love, courage, boundaries, balance, sisterhood, miracles or something completely unique.
Publication: *we reserve the right to lightly edit the texts (language/structure/pacing), but we of course preserve your entire story - publication only takes place after you approve the final version.
Don't forget: indicate whether you want your name to be published or not.
Your texts: are always yours and you retain full copyright. We will only publish them with your approval.
