💰  What are the shipping costs within Sweden?

• Delivery cost within Sweden is 59 SEK.
• For purchases over 1500 SEK, we offer free shipping.

• Pre-orders for out-of-stock jewelry are mostly estimated to take between 9–21 business days, or as individually agreed.
• Personalized jewelry created on order has a delivery time that is determined in consultation with you. As each piece of jewelry is handmade according to your wishes, delivery time varies depending on material availability, design, and time available - but we always keep you updated along the way ;-)

🕒 When should I pay for my personalized orders?

• When you order a custom-made piece of jewelry, you only pay after the jewelry is finished and you have approved your little treasure by contacting us – safe and easy, but before delivery.

VAT

• Within the EU: The price at checkout includes Swedish VAT (25%).
• Outside the EU: VAT and any customs duties may apply after delivery, depending on the regulations of the recipient country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — HerMine’s currently ships within Europe as well as to the USA and Canada.

If the item is in stock, most international orders arrive within approximately 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Pre-order items may require additional processing and delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination.

EU orders:
• Shipping 12.99 €
• Free shipping from 199 €

USA & Canada:
• Shipping 25 USD
• Free shipping from 350 USD

Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

Do you offer free returns outside Sweden?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For international returns outside the EU, customers are also responsible for any customs fees, import duties or other charges that may apply.
