• Orders are usually delivered within 2-8 business days.
• For pre-orders or personalized jewelry, the delivery time varies according to agreement.
• We ship all our products with trackable shipping via Postnord, so you can safely follow your order all the way to your home.

💰 How much does shipping cost within Sweden?

• Delivery cost within Sweden is 59 SEK.
• For purchases over 1500 SEK, we offer free shipping.

• Delivery cost and delivery time vary depending on country.
• You will receive the exact shipping price when you fill in your address at checkout.

• Pre-orders for jewelry that are out of stock are usually estimated to take between 9 –21 business days , or according to individual agreement.
• Personalized jewelry that is made to order has a delivery time that is determined in consultation with you. As each piece of jewelry is handmade to your specifications, delivery times vary depending on material availability, design and time - but we will always keep you updated along the way ;-)

🕒 When should I pay for my pre-orders and personal orders?

• When pre-ordering or when you order a custom piece of jewelry, you only pay after the jewelry is finished and you have approved it by contacting us - safely and easily, before delivery.
  

VAT

• Within the EU: The price at checkout includes Swedish VAT (25%).
• Outside the EU: VAT and any customs duties may be added after delivery, depending on the recipient country's regulations.
