• Normally, your orders are delivered within 2–8 business days.
• For pre-orders or custom jewelry, the delivery time deviates as agreed. 
• We ship all our products traceable with PostNord, so you can safely track your order all the way to your home.

💰  What are the shipping costs within Sweden?

• Delivery cost within Sweden is 59 SEK.
• For purchases over 1500 SEK, we offer free shipping.

• Delivery cost within the EU is 169 SEK.
• Within the EU, we offer free shipping when your purchase exceeds 3500 SEK.
• Delivery time varies depending on the country. You can expect around 5-14 business days.
• International orders outside the EU are possible by arrangement - please contact our customer service for more information regarding any VAT and customs duties applicable to your country.

• Pre-orders for sold-out jewelry are mostly estimated to take between 9 –21 business days, or as individually agreed.
• Custom jewelry created to order has a delivery time that is determined in consultation with you. As each piece of jewelry is handcrafted according to your wishes, the delivery time varies depending on material availability, design, and time – but we will always keep you updated along the way ;-)

🕒 When should I pay for my custom orders?

• When you order a custom piece of jewelry, you only pay after the jewelry is finished and you have approved your little treasure by contacting us – safe and simple, but before delivery.
  

VAT

• Within the EU: The price at checkout includes Swedish VAT (25%).
• Outside the EU: VAT and any customs duties may apply after delivery, depending on the rules of the recipient country.
