We want you to feel safe and satisfied with your purchase from HerMine’s. That's why we offer free returns if you change your mind.


⇄ How do I make a return?

  • Contact us via email at info@hermines.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The jewelry must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Once we have confirmed the return, you can send the item back to us using any preferred method.

💸 How does a return work?

  • You pay for the shipping when you return the jewelry, but we will always reimburse you – up to 69 SEK as soon as we have received and approved the return.
  • The reimbursement can be paid via Swish or the refund method that suits you best.
  • We are happy to help you step-by-step – just write to us or call our customer service, and we will solve everything together.

♻️ Do you want to exchange for a different size or prefer another piece of jewelry?

  • Contact us within 14 days and we will help you find the right one.
  • Exchanges are handled in the same way as returns – you return the jewelry and then make a new purchase.

⚠️ Can I exchange and return custom orders/personalizations?

  • Custom orders or personalizations (e.g., jewelry created upon request) are not covered by the right of withdrawal as the jewelry is created in close contact with, for, and with your approval.

⚠️ What should I keep in mind?

  • Returns sent without prior contact with us unfortunately cannot be approved.
  • Products received as prizes or gifts in our competitions are not covered by the right of return or exchange.
