We want you to feel secure and satisfied with your purchase at HerMine's. That's why we offer free returns if you change your mind.
⇄ How do I make a return?
- Contact us via email at info@hermines.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The jewelry needs to be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
- Once we have confirmed the return, you can send the item back to us using any method you choose.
💸 How does a return work?
- You pay the shipping yourself when you send the jewelry back, but we will always reimburse you - up to 69 SEK as soon as we have received and approved the return.
- The compensation can be paid via Swish or the refund that suits you best.
- We're happy to help you step by step - just write to us or call our customer service, and we'll solve everything together.

- Exchanges are handled in the same way as returns – you return the jewelry and then make a new purchase.

⚠️ Can I exchange and return special orders/personalizations?
- Special orders or personal customizations (e.g. jewelry created on request) are not covered by the right of withdrawal because the jewelry is created in close contact with, for and with your approval.
⚠️ What should I think about?
- Returns sent without contacting us in advance cannot be accepted.
- Products received as prizes or gifts in our competitions are not subject to return or exchange rights.
