- You can pre-order jewelry via our contact form or by emailing us directly.
- Delivery times vary and are determined in consultation with you – so that everything is exactly as you wish.

⏳ Delivery pre-orders & personalized jewelry
- Pre-ordered jewelry normally has a delivery time of 9–21 working days, depending on material availability and season.
- For personal orders, delivery is made after individual agreement, as each piece of jewelry is created by hand by us.

📦 How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping within Sweden costs 59 SEK.
- Free shipping on purchases over 1500 SEK.
- When ordering outside Sweden, delivery costs and delivery times may vary depending on the recipient country. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after you have filled in your delivery address.

⇄ How do I make a return?
- Returns are free of charge at HerMine's.
- You have 14 days to return your jewelry from the date you receive it.
- Please contact us via email info@hermines.se before returning.
- The jewelry must be in unused condition in its original packaging.

- Yes, you can change the size or choose another piece of jewelry within 14 days.
